Pizza Chef
We're looking for a skilled and creative pizza chef to lead the craft of our handmade pies. You'll work with premium ingredients, artisan dough, and wood-fired techniques to deliver pizzas that keep our guests coming back.
- 2+ years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in pizza or Italian cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Passion for quality ingredients and handcrafted food
Front of House Server
Be the friendly face of Pizza luce. As a server, you'll deliver exceptional dining experiences, guide guests through our menu, and ensure every visit ends with a smile. Excellent people skills and a positive attitude are a must.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to handle multiple tables and work under pressure
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Kitchen Manager
Lead our kitchen team to greatness. The Kitchen Manager oversees all back-of-house operations, manages staff scheduling, ensures food quality standards, and keeps the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine.
- 3+ years of kitchen management or sous chef experience
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor kitchen staff
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
- ServSafe Manager certification required
Delivery Driver
Bring the Pizza luce experience directly to our customers' doors. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the final touchpoint in our service chain — reliable, professional, and always on time.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Familiarity with Middletown, CT area
- Strong time management and customer service skills
Cashier / Order Taker
Be the welcoming voice and face at our counter. Take orders accurately, handle transactions professionally, and ensure every guest feels valued from the moment they step through our door.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience a plus
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
- Upbeat, patient, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
